Before the hair transplant
The client has never taken any medication against hair loss. The client regularly interacts with clients for his profession and wishes to have a “more youthful appearance”. Figures 1 and 2 show pictures of the client before his hair transplant.

The Hair Transplant
The goal is to cover the frontal and midscalp zones with high density and to cover the anterior part of the vertex zone with as many grafts as possible. Due to the patient’s severe hair loss and the limited number of donors, we have to be conservative when using grafts.
We want to restore a natural framing of the face with a conservative hairline that is not too low or aggressive. We also do not want to allocate too many valuable grafts to the back of the scalp.
