MediQhair2022-01-11T15:15:49+02:00This 43-year-old otherwise healthy white man is concerned that his hairline and transplanted hairs look unnatural, that he does not have sufficient density for any hairstyling option and that the scar from the scalp reduction is visible in his crown.

Before the hair transplant
This patient shows a Norwood 5A pattern with grafts placed in his hairline, central midscalp, and the scar in his crown. In Figures 1 and 2 are pictures of the client before he had his hair transplant.

The Hair Transplant
With the progression of his hair loss, his original (non-transplanted) hairs were gradually lost, leaving only the remaining transplanted grafts visible. He now has hair loss in the fronto-temporal region, the upper part of the lateral bumps, in the middle of the scalp, and extending to the vertex/crown region. He has large plug grafts placed close together and perpendicular to the scalp in an unnatural U-shaped hairline.
